ATLANTIC TRACK ORGANIZED TRACK STRUCTURE (NATS OTS) MUST FILE THEIR
ROUTING VIA THE NARS ASSIGNED TO THE OCEAN ENTRY THAT CORRESPONDS
WITH THEIR INTENDED NAT TRACK.  THESE NAR ASSIGNMENTS, FOR THE NAT
TRACKS ONLY, ARE PUBLISHED BY NAV CANADA.

TRACKS MAY HAVE MORE THA  ONE NAR ASSIGNED TO EACH OCEAN ENTRY
POINT.  OPERATORS MAY FILE EITHER.

THE INTENT IS FOR OPERATORS, FILING OVER THE OCEAN ENTRY POINTS FOR
THE NATS OTS, TO BE ROUTED TO THOSE ENTRY POINTS VIA SPECIFIC
NARS THAT ARE TIED TO SPECIFIC INLAND NAVIGATIONAL FIXES.

AIRCRAFT OCEAN ENTRY POINTS SHOULD NOT BE CHANGED.

AIRCRAFT FILING ROUTINGS OVER OCEAN ENTRY POINTS THAT ARE NOT PART
OF THE PUBLISHED OCEANIC TRACK STRUCTURE MAY DO SO AND ARE ARE
EXEMPT FROM THIS REQUIREMENT.

ALL OTHER OPERATORS THAT ARE FILING RANDOM ROUTING THAT DO NOT ENTER
THE NAT OTS ARE EXEMPT FROM THIS REQUIREMENT.
